Normally our giveaways are open to residents of the lower 48 states of America because of the cost of shipping. We are fine with others outside of the lower 48 entering, but you would be responsible to pay the extra shipping charge. Depending on the location, that can be quite high.
Elves and Angels will pay free shipping to the furthest distance in the lower 48. Any shipping cost over that would be the responsibility of the winner if they choose to enter from outside the lower 48.
